1、滾筒線分為無(wú)動(dòng)力滾筒，有動(dòng)力滾筒，根據(jù)物料的大小滾筒直徑可以選20，25，38，50，60等多種規(guī)格，

   滾筒間距也可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)疏密程度。

2、滾筒壁的厚度對(duì)承重能力有直接影響，根據(jù)線體承載的重量，配套不同厚度的滾筒。

3、采用機(jī)械軸承比機(jī)壓軸承潤(rùn)滑性能好，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，出廠時(shí)軸承全部添滿(mǎn)黃油，提高了使用壽命。

Material: Uses 304 stainless steel material (for higher requirements, we can use the more acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant 316 material).

   - The roller conveyor line is available in both non-powered and powered rollers.

   - Mechanical bearings are used, which have better lubrication performance and longer service life compared to machine-pressed bearings.
   - All bearings are fully greased with lubricating oil before leaving the factory, enhancing their lifespan.
