流水線Production line

根據(jù)用戶的需求，設(shè)計定制各種規(guī)格的流水線，總裝線，皮帶線，插件線（assembly line）

用途：用于電器生產(chǎn)，玩具組裝，電機(jī)裝配，LED裝配，空調(diào)，縫紉機(jī)，蓄電池等各種產(chǎn)品的組裝生產(chǎn)

1、線體：有鋁合金組裝材料，或鐵質(zhì)方通噴涂支架等多種選擇

2、標(biāo)配：氣管，吊路槽，看版，氣路，接線板，儀表盤，燈管等

3、選配：工作臺

4、長度：最長可達(dá)100米一個動力，也可以接駁

5、速度：0-5米/分鐘，1-8米/分鐘，3-15米/分鐘等跟據(jù)客戶要求設(shè)計

6、電機(jī)：陳邦等品牌電機(jī)（可選配）

7、牙箱：臺達(dá)

8、電源：380或220V

         Product: Production Line

Customization:We design and customize production lines, assembly lines, conveyor belts, and plug-in lines in various specifications based on customer needs.

 Applications:Suitable for the assembly and production of various products such as electrical appliances, toys, motors, LED lights, air conditioners, sewing machines, and batteries.

1、Structure:Available in aluminum alloy construction materials or steel square tubes with powder coating.

2、Standard Equipment: Air pipes, overhead channels, display boards, air supply lines, wiring boards, instrument panels, and light tubes.

3、Optional Equipment: Workstations.

4、Length:Can reach up to 100 meters per power unit, with options for connecting multiple sections.

5、Speed: Adjustable speed ranging from 0-5 meters per minute, 1-8 meters per minute, or 3-15 meters per minute based on customer requirements.

6、Motor:Chenbang and other brand motors (optional).

7、Gearbox:Delta brand.

8、Power Supply: 380V or 220V.
