1、原理:采用特定的熱輻射加熱控溫模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)定向加熱,其他地方不加熱,從而減少了一部分能耗,不同產(chǎn)品可節(jié)能約20-40%。(優(yōu)勢(shì)一:節(jié)能)

1. Principle: By utilizing specific heat radiation heating and temperature control modules, directional heating is achieved without heating unnecessary areas, thus reducing energy consumption. Different products can save approximately 20-40% in energy. (Advantage One: Energy Efficiency)
2. The newly designed curing oven employs heat radiation heating and temperature control modules, eliminating the need for heat transfer media. Heat is directly radiated into the product, resulting in fast temperature rise. 4. Our company independently designs temperature control modules with PID algorithms for precise temperature control. These modules are equipped with multiple temperature measurement channels, multi-point monitoring, and an independent over-temperature power-off alarm system to ensure accurate temperature control. Control accuracy is ±0.1 degrees: When the operating temperature ranges from room temperature to 150 degrees Celsius, the overall temperature uniformity within the oven can reach ±1 degree. 例如:我公司給云南某公司制造的一臺(tái)規(guī)格:6米長(zhǎng)*1.8寬的儲(chǔ)能電池端子膠固化爐, 以前發(fā)熱管功率配35KW,現(xiàn)在配18KW,功率大幅減少,對(duì)電器、電纜的功率要求也大幅度減少,這方面給用戶可以節(jié)省不少開(kāi)支;
之前的開(kāi)機(jī)升溫時(shí)間是20-30分鐘,現(xiàn)在是2-3分鐘就可以作業(yè);
